We all tend to veg in front of the couch while watching television. Well, after watching this video we no longer have an excuse to be out of shape. Now anyone can do the excercises demonstrated in the video to get a firmer stomach. I’ve tried them myself and they provide a nice burn. Do it with enough frequency and you’re sure to get results. I suggest you do these when watching your favorite show during commercial breaks, which usually last three minutes. Space them out during one show and you have fifteen minutes of abdominal workout.
I just read a great post that lists 41 things you can do to get leaner and build muscle faster. This list applies to the whole body, but is just as applicable to the midsection. From a holistic point of view you can’t help but blast that belly into shape if you work on your entire body. Pay close attention to the tips on training routines. I especially agree with numbers 4, 16, and 35. I’m a very methodical person, and if you “fail to plan, you plan to fail” as the saying goes. So if you’re determined to build those rock hard abs for summer this article (41 things) is for you.
You’re sitting on your couch, looking down at your expanding waist, and you watch TV models flash their rock hard abs at the TV. Surly these people have all the time in the world to get those kinds of results, right? Well, although it’s true that it takes time and discipline to get those kinds of results, the truth is that having a flat tummy is well within everyone’s reach. All it requires is the right amount of motivation and training. Continue reading…
We love pills in this country. If there is a way to take a supplement to augment ourselves, most of us would pt it in our mouths without a second thought. However, doing so without proper research is not only stupid, but it can also be dangerous. There are a number of products out on the market that make bold promises, and the most famous of these are “fat burners”. The question is: do they really work, and if so, are they safe?
Fat Burners work on a simple principle: use the body’s metabolism to burn calories. Most of these utilize specific compounds that are stimulants, so that a person is burning through their energy reserves, and thus encourage weight loss. The most common of these are based on a chemical called Ephedrine, most commonly used to aid in concentration (sometimes referred to as “pep” pill). This drug has the added benefit of being an appetite suppressant, effectively making it ideal for weight loss. However, these types of fat burners can cause serious side effects, increasing the risk of cardiovascular damage, respiratory problems, as well as can damage the nervous system. When used with certain prescription drugs, the risk of these problems occurring is greatly increased. Ephedrine is not illegal in the US, although it is highly regulated since it can be used by illicit drug makers for the production of Ecstasy. Continue reading…

I’ve included a list of the best tricks to lose fat as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any one of these can help, but doing all of them will definitely help you see results. Continue reading…
When trying to pick an ab routine, it’s important to know all of your options. There’s a great variety of ones to choose from, but I’ve tried to boil it down to the 5 exercises that most people aren’t immediately familiar with. The key is obviously to research each one to ensure that your technique is proper, otherwise you may end up injuring yourself. Remember, an exercise is only as good as the person’s ability to do it properly, so be sure to learn it right! Continue reading…
The good news is that contrary to what you might think, a proper diet does not mean that a person has to be deprived of all the pleasures in life. No one would be able to follow a diet that forbade the kinds of food we have been accustomed to eating all of our lives. However, there are two important factors to consider when following any diet plan: (1) make sure this diet doesn’t involve a complicated system of hard to follow rules and regulations, and (2), have a plan that allows you to occasionally eat the things you enjoy. Following are some simple diet fundamentals that will help you chisel a solid midsection. Continue reading…
