I just read a great post that lists 41 things you can do to get leaner and build muscle faster. This list applies to the whole body, but is just as applicable to the midsection. From a holistic point of view you can’t help but blast that belly into shape if you work on your entire body. Pay close attention to the tips on training routines. I especially agree with numbers 4, 16, and 35. I’m a very methodical person, and if you “fail to plan, you plan to fail” as the saying goes.
