I regularly read Reddit.com to find out the latest in tech, politics, and get a fix of humor. But today I found a really good thread relevant to abdominal development. The most important tip I got from the whole conversation was that by training with powerful moves like squats and deadlifts, the abdominal area also improves. This is due to the spike in growth hormone released during these exercises. Sounds like sound advice and I will be applying it in my next gym sessions. You can read the rest of the thread here.
